Probably Red Rocks (outdoors) and The Ryman (indoors)
but there are several that I thoroughly enjoyed:
Alpine
Deer Creek
MSG
The Gorge
and for some local flair, I'll always have a soft spot for Gruene Hall and Luckenbach
