I dont see it as such.. they work every bit as hard and are more successful than the men's team..

No one is going to see any of the men's individual, mediocre players... they are going to see a national team (yes, I get men's sports will be more popular)... Hell, often times the crowds are paying to see another national team..

Here's a hypothetical:

Let's say the USWNT goes undefeated for 4 years in a row, wins the world cup...but there is one caveat. Zero people attend their games and zero people watch on TV.

Let's say the Men's team lose every game over that same 4 year period, and don't qualify for the world cup. However, they sell out every game and their TV ratings are off the charts.

Besides prize money, you seem to believe that players for both teams should either be making same amount of money or that the USWNT players should be making more because they are "more successful" at winning?
