City Roots - Electric Depot
Reve - Willow Grove
Not sure about the beer list at any of them, but I think City Roots or Reve would be the best.

City Roots in the Electric Depot serves a couple draft beers. Great coffee too. They also have the ice cream shop, ramen shop, and recently opened fried chicken restaurant next to it.
