I think something we have to grapple with is the % as it stands today, and projecting who we end up with based on the plan in place and the process unfolding. For instance, look at Ju'jaun Johnson's situation. In January, it looked like he was leaning out of state, and did in fact commit to Colorado. At the time, people predicted he would end up back at LSU, but if you talked to Johnson he would have likely said he was 90-100% locked in.

This approach is fine and just as logical as any but it's double-edged. Flip the roles of Mckinley and Simmons and you get the same. When should we be happy? And about who?
