Go ahead and call me whatever you like. Doesn’t change the fact that you came in here after OP said top 5 class incoming and said…..”guarantee you we will not be in the top 8. The numbers just straight up are not possible if we lose Wardell mack.”

That’s just not accurate if the last 3 cycles are any indication.

ETA:
quote:

Some other guy (to me): even without Mack, they’ll finish between 5-7. Me (to some other guy): without Mack, I bet you they will finish outside the top 8

What you actually said…..
quote:

You want to bet me? I guarantee you we will not be in the top 8. The numbers just straight up are not possible if we lose Wardell mack.

Too bad you actually said you guarantee they won’t be a top 8. Don’t change up what you said to make it fit now. You guaranteed they wouldn’t make a top 8. That’s where I disagreed with you.

quote:

You (to me): you’re wrong when you say landing all those guys would only give us a class score that would be 8th-10th last year. I added it up and they’d be 8th. So you’re wrong Me (to you): dude you literally just confirmed exactly what I said

Nope, you said they likely end up 12th and guaranteed they wouldn’t be top 8. I did the math and you were wrong. It’s okay to be wrong sometimes.

Oh, and last of all, before you start your work week this Monday morning, frick you.

Top 5 is unlikely, as it would take almost the perfect storm of us landing, others missing, us getting bumps, others not or drops etc. Too much has to go right. That said, as much wringing as everyone has done(including me), for a down year in the state, and where we were start of summer, land our biggies and get in range of 5 and we are gold. Top 10 in a down year is normal. Grasping to stay in the top 15 isn't.
