Truth. Fact is people need far less calories than we think while conversely consuming far more than we think.

This is entirely incorrect. Ultraprocessed foods include almost zero nurtition and are loaded with inflammatory chemicals that the body can't process and causes a mixed bag of health conditions. It actually does matter WHAT you eat, not just how much.
