The average age of a MLS player is probably 25 without pulling any stats. Hardly retirement age.

But that’s what I’m saying…Messi had one of the best games of his career on the biggest stage of the world just 7 months ago.
Any team in the world would want him, and the only reason he wouldn’t sign with them is if they couldn’t afford him or he had no desire to play for them (Real Madrid).
He is hardly at the point in his career where he has lost form and is just lazily getting paid off his previous reputation.
