By arguing these are two of the best decisions in a long time. A long time for me is 20+ years.
Other dude is saying that this will turn a presidential election. Dems had a stranglehold on basically all levels of government yet still couldn't pass this.
Neither of these decisions are on the level of Heller or even the abortion case last year. I would argue combined they aren't on that level.
