That is fake as hell.
A decent plastic surgeon will NEVER be reduced to “general practice work” and they will likely easily find a job that pays more than 250k….
Unless….he wasn’t let go due to Covid but due to a malpractice or other quality issue

Dude might be playing the long ball here and she’s too stupid to realize it. He’s getting ready to trade her in for a younger model, while simultaneously reducing his income and lifestyle in anticipation of the divorce proceedings. Once the ink is dry on the divorce he’ll be right back at his old income level.

There was a period not long ago where plastics was making only 350-450 per many surveys
