It's been confirmed that he was going on contact. As he should have been! Why is it a terrible decision with a left handed hitter? What are the odds the hitter sends a rocket right w5 you when you're on the third base line? It was the right call. We were on the wrong end of a combination of a great play and some luck on their part. They got lucky a left handed somehow lines a ball down the third base line, then they turned it into a major league play that had maybe a 10% chance of being successful

Thems are the breaks.

And to top it off he was probably safe but there wasn’t indisputable evidence.

Do y’all not watch the games? It was a hard it ball at 3B. It’s the exact scenario along with right back at the pitcher where you DONT go with no outs. Because you are asking to be thrown out at home.
