I actually got an interview at a place that had nothing but black employees. It was all set up because they obviously needed some diversity there. I could have told them I like to eat cat meat and dress in drag on Fridays and would have still been hired on the spot.

This-- and If you really need a job, I'd go with the trend. They can not question anything. You'll be called right away, and you could say nothing during interview and get hired.
