The good ole days. 2009 was amazing. You just had to earn it waiting on that stupid hot berm. In a way, reserved seats are better to allow more time in your day.

That’s why I bit the bullet and bought 4 tickets for both games Monday, hoping that we’re there for the night cap. The loser’s bracket games were like $8/each plus fees, so I’m not out much. Could I have gotten a better price for the winner’s bracket game? Probably so, but I’ve got two young kids and my wife with me, and things like not looking into the sun, aisle seats, good view, and not wasting time in line or searching for tickets was worth the price.

I’m on-call all weekend so I took Monday off and we’ll make a day of it. We’re only 2 hours away.
