Not quite in BR, but Houmas House is absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant is the prettiest place you will eat in this area.

Nope! Just went there and Ruth's Chris last month. Beats the latter by a mile, imo. I realize I'm in the minority, but the amount of butter they use is absurd.
