Wake Forest field

What does the rant think aboutthe Wake Forest all field turf field. No dirt, no real grass anywhere. Looks like a video game.

It’s cheaper and they don’t have a big athletic budget and they lose money on baseball.

Not a fan.
In the South, real grass is the way to go. Unless certain areas behind the plate, etc. that require artificial like we have for drainage or whatever reason. The playing field should be natural grass.

Haven't seen color combinations like this since I last saw a couch from the 70s. Field is hideous.

Almost as bad as Texas’ field. How on earth can WF not have a manageable grass field? Texas, with their heat, I kinda get. WF? Get outta here.

C'mon man you cant compare the budget of a small private university with a meager athletics budget to one of the richest schools with unlimited resources.

They had a good crowd, they have a nice new Minor League park downtown. Could have used that.
