Hmmm...I'm guessing any entity as big as the PGA Tour and especially the PIF have a ton of skeletons they don't want to be made public. That goes for any large corporation.

I don't think they are worried about anything. I think neither side had an interest in spending millions of dollars on attorneys when the case was probably going to take years and lead to the same place that a few weeks of talks led to.
