Thanks again for the feedback. Endorphins arrived today, Ill test them in the morning.
I say 5k lightly. I am just done with the long course shite. Just not fun to train for, I can say Ive run one ultra and Im cool with that.
I will probably cap at 10k and if I get balls deep again Ill get a plated race day shoe to throw in the mix.
