Speed 2 was a great tempo shoe. Speed 3 is a nice shoe but more of an everyday trainer that still has some good versatility. I wouldn’t want to wear them for a 5/10k race.

if only run 5k tempos why not get $150 vaporfly 2 that can be found. as cheap and better than endo speed 3. end of the day depends on what shoe you like and works for you.
