I think the cop inside the court house handled it pretty well actually. He wasn’t tyrannical he politely asked the guy to leave. He was following his marching orders I don’t think he was power tripping at all.

Now if that was right or wrong by the law I’m sure the camera guy has them on some technicality but I’m sure if they dig into it the Louisiana state lawyers could find something to back themselves up and or find something camera guy did wrong.

Which is why, no matter how you feel personally about people like him, it’s important to have people willing to call out the governments bullshite. The government consistently uses grey areas to jam people up.. the very point of our constitution is to limit the governments ability to interfere with our daily lives.

Why are you ok with the government constantly filming you but some random dude is the next osama bin Laden.

Violating someone's 1st amendment right is the definition of tyranny & is not a technicality. It is against federal law.

Like I've stated before, they are law enforcement officers, not policy and/or feelings enforcement officers. The very first thing LEO does is take an oath to uphold the constitution. They didn't do that here and it will cost them. Well, it'll cost the tax payers.

Federal criminal civil rights law prohibits law enforcement agents from depriving rights under color of law, or to interfere with the free exercise of your civil rights

Some of you need to educate yourselves.

Rights, if you don't use them, you could lose them.
