An angle grinder will open any lock.

this ^^^^^^

you cant cut a lock with any saw blade because its hardened, but a side grinder cuts through them like butter in seconds

i found this out the hard way after fighting to cut one for hours going through many dulled saw blades, when i ran out of blades i said screw it and got the side grinder, i was done in about 25 seconds and felt ashamed how much effort i wasted

Heavy duty bolt cutter? I bought a used one from an old mechanic shop and it will pop the horseshoe on a master lock like butter. And can use it for barb wire, and an assortment of rusted old bolt, nails and anything similar. Nothing more satisfying after you tried everything else and with clothes soaked in sweat and bloody knuckles you freaken bust that sucker!

Hell, a 6" grinder can cut a metal door off its hinges.
