If winning the SEC is important to you, then you should criticize Johnson for that move. If you think Little has already been given enough chances to work through his control issues, then you should criticize Johnson. If you think trying to get as many pitchers as possible ready to contribute in the postseason is the most important goal now, then you recognize that was Johnson’s intent and you support the goal he had in mind. I don’t think in any of those takes you think Johnson thought bringing in Little gave him the best chance to win this game. He was clearly playing the long game.

You are running out of offensive ABs. Much more important to limit the scoring then over worrying about the later innings.

How did the game get away
Georgia had 6 runs before Little even pitched and lsu scored 5 the whole game.
