my contractor is finishing my pool as we speak.
pool itself is 15'x25' with 3' shallow-5'6" deep end. has a center flush 7X8 spa and on each end of spa is a 7x9 tanning ledge. each tanning ledge has bubblers, and umbrellas holders. the overall dims are like 30x25' with spa and tanning ledges.
has a 15' water feature wall with 4' waterfall built into brick. on each end is a fire bowl with waterfall.
everything is automated to my phone etc..
the price is about 20-25k more than when i originally got a quote in 2020
a basic gunite pool that's small is around 65-70k
a drop in fiberglass pool is that now.
Prepare for sticker shock when you get a quote.
