just know that I will bump the shite out of this thread if Crews gets moved to the leadoff spot.

Just because it happens, and you bump it, doesn’t make it a good move.

They had like 12 hits last night

Like I said, I'm just a foolish coonass from the berry but that is what I was feeling while watching the game. They didn't exactly dominate at the plate in game one and some damn good hitters left a lot of runs on the bases last night.

Or maybe they've just spoiled me with ridiculous production so far this season.

You made your post after two games of a slump. Big difference

If Crews continues to “slump” (2 games isn’t really a slump for normal baseball players, but it kind of is for Crews), does CJJ consider moving Crews up to the leadoff spot? Crews has said he’s more comfortable hitting leadoff, and he’s been successful doing it in previous seasons.

It would take a pretty big lineup shakeup, because you’d obviously have to move Tanks up to the 2-hole to keep him behind Crews for protection.

What does The Rant think?

Thanks for consulting the rant first, Coach. Now go get'em.

Well to be fair Dugas hasn’t been any better than Crews lately at the plate. Worse actually.

Jay is toying with the lineup to see if we can get better base production. The offense is there we just leave a lot of guys stranded. Calm your tits

Your 2 best hitters all year are 1 and 2 gives them more at bats.
