Nah. The FBI already left Ray on an island and destroyed any links to him. He is all alone now.

Can't Fox still be sued though? Doesn't add up.

Not really. O'Reilly is probably right. If you just paid off 785 million and you still have 2 lawsuits in waiting all focused on one person, you cannot keep that liability on your 6 as you try to move forward.
If you are a Board member you then ask yourself what else is out there where we have exposure potentially.
I'm still surprised that Bartiromo still has a job. I would also tell Ingraham and Hannity that the network's night time love fest with Trump is over . No more giving free air time to him to fill up your time and boost your individual ratings....Sensei can have him on his radio show all he wants.

It's not Tucker's fault that everyone else at the network believed the nonsense that Sidney Powell and Trump spewed about voting machines. He offered Powell his entire show to outline the evidence and she refused and accused Tucker of harassing her because she had nothing.
Maybe if Fox did a better job of hiring people who weren't retarded they wouldn't be in this issue.

Hiring retards is a given in the news industry.

Tucker was talking about what was in the leaked documents regarding Ukraine. I believe this played a greater role than his criticism of the Covid shot/Big Pharma. I think that kid was set up by higher ups in the military who weren’t courageous enough to come forward, so they let the kid do it. Tucker mentioning why we’re not talking about what was in the documents was big.

The right will have to find the will to defend against the progressives’ use of Lawfare. They have decided to use our legal system as their means of changing society. The right can’t allow that to happen. The progressives love setting small, seemingly innocuous precedents but each one is a brick in their horrific and dystopian reshaping of America into something none of us acknowledge or recognize.
It doesn’t matter if it was *death by a thousand cuts* or not. At the end you’re still dead.

Why in the frick does Ray Epps have any chance at winning a law suit against a news organization that was reporting on Epps actual activities and his own statements, and then wondering why the FedGov wasn’t prosecuting him like the other people at the rally?
If Epps has a case, it’s against the FedGov for not clearing him.
Remember when the FBI official was asked under oath if Ray Epps works for the FBI or as an informant, and they declined to answer?
Why couldn’t the FBI official just say, “No. He wasn’t an FBI agent, or informant. The reason we didn’t charge him is because his activities were different than those other people we charged in the following XYZ ways.”
It was the Epps own actions, the FedGov’s decision to not charge him, AND the strange obfuscation by the FedGov that created any unwanted notoriety for Epps.

Bill is wrong IMO. Tucker was the least of their worries.
And Epps can go f himself. They are locking up grandmothers and yet he walks free. Under the circumstances, any sane individual is justified in speculating his ties to the government and a government role in Jan6.

How is that different from the constant leaks in the Trump White House and during his witch-hunt? The news agencies speculated constantly about nothing but bullshite and whipped up a frenzy of lies.
How is that different from the release of the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam era. News agencies trumpeted their freedom of the press to report classified information and were hailed as heroes of journalism.

No. Tucker abandoned his original stance on the matter and allowed his fear of the MAGA right impacting the stock price to "change" his mind. It's in the emails.

Interesting. The Murdocks are probably going to be sued by shareholders.
Seems like the Murdocks aren't a good place.

Apparently Succession wasn’t fiction as much as a look into the future.

Megan Kelly followed up Bill O'Reilly on Becks show. She said that Murdoch absolutely loves her, so is the only reason she can think of.
Also O'Reilly said the Smartmatic lawsuit is only in LA as that is the only place that had them, which doesn't sound right to me, but isn't as big of a pay off as Dominions.
Kelly said the low level producer suit has potential for a lot of holes, as she would be surprised if she had more than 1 convo with him, so the tapes could be pretty blah. Tucker apparently works out of his homes in Maine or FL most of the time. Apparently, the producer is an activist, so if that is true then that should be used against her for bias in her "recordings"
Both seem to come off as thinking the investor lawsuits that are coming in are the biggest concern. Kelly said that FN may want to be setting themselves up for sale after Murdoch retires for good.
Beck asked her opinion on concerns with tv provider negotiations, and Kelly said a "controversial" person in a time slot isn't worthy of that kind of concern for a tv provider. OAN is seen as a full controversial channel top to bottom.

To add...both seem, mainly O'Reilly, think that FOX being this way is not good for Trump since FOX was totally in the bag for him in '16. I don't know how if he is the final repub nominee how it will hurt unless they go totally in for Biden or not cover the elections at all.

Old Rupert's trust fund babies are liberals who seem to think that Fox should be more like CNN.

Why? Seriously, have you been paying attention to the judicial system the past 6-7 years? It's beyond a fricking farce at this point. If an American citizen is labeled a White Christian Nationalist or America First/MAGA you are fricked if you become entangled in any formal legal proceedings.

If he's an asset, I doubt they have a paper trail with signed documents or anything.
Plus LEO can always file for a protective order.
