Honestly he has already been a huge success. That was a dead program and he has revived the energy and is already bringing in players that they couldn’t dream of bringing in before.
If he consistently wins 8-9 there he’s a superstar coach. If he takes them higher than that??? Man

this....big time this....dont understand why it is so hard for so many to see or admit it either. dunno why so many of you hate him because he tells it like it is.
he is a really good role model, hasnt always been, but he is now.
