Silent to Arkansas... 
sure... but if you look at more recent quotes he says he is 100% committed to UA. He said he is not changin. (and yes i followed his recruitment, obviously more so then you since i knew about his recent quotes).

If he's talking to a Bama reporter, what would you expect him to say!! He'll be coming through Bama's line and sacking your QB!!

He might end up at Bama in the end, but I don't think he is 100% at this time. I believe he is giving Arkansas some serious consideration.
I imagine he told the Bama reporter that he is 100% because he doesn't want Bama to pull his offer.
