Need to guard Clark close and limit the pick and roll. We usually guard that real good. We have a great coach and she will come up with a plan. Either way it has been a great season for the lady tigers.

We match up better with Iowa than we do with SC. Plus, they’re already underestimating us. We certainly can.

I like this matchup better for Mulkey.

SC was a Fn tough out man. I like coach keying Clark. We just have to out tough them.

They’ll have to play a different game. They knew there only hope was to pack the box and avoid being beat by pure size and strength. They match up better with us woman to woman. It’s will be a more traditional game.

All 4 teams are really special. It comes down to mistakes. What team will capitalize on it. I am going with LSU because Iowa is tired.

We can. We have size down low. Not as much as SC, but we're not as slow as they are. This won't be easy though.

ATCTx………..

I personally think Iowa is tired and sore and if you saw them after the game it was like they may have forgotten for a second that they still have 1 more to go for the championship! I mean NOBODY WAS BEATING USCe this year. They had already cleared the place for the trophy and WOOPS, Ms. Clark showed up and spoiled the party. I mean it wasn’t until Boston missed that 3 that they FINALLY realized they weren’t going to win and move on. I don’t know who was more surprised, Iowa that yes they did beat the unbeatable or USCe because they won’t be going home with the hardware? Crazy baws but it sets up good for us Sunday! Now we still have to close the deal but we couldn’t have asked for a better scenario. We shall see…

Absolutely can win this championship game. Best staff in the country to prepare the team for it. Back not far from CKMs last stop Baylor, so tons of emotional support, Morris's ties, matching up with Clark is, well CKM is the best in the business and they've been beat 6 times unlike SC.

I’d imagine we’ll have at least a slight home court advantage too, for whatever that matters

I dunno...my friend who was there said Iowa traveled well and they sounded loud on TV.

That being said, I bet a few more Tiger fans find their way into the arena Sunday also.

Iowa had a ton of fans there. They will be loud and proud Sunday. I like our chances, but it won’t be because we’ll have a Tiger Stadium-like home court advantage.

You have to use John Wooden’s plan when he played LSU and Pete Maravich: “We’ll try to hold him to his average and not let the others score much.”

Like Maravich, Clark is not just a sharpshooter, she’s a dazzling passer. And while Maravich’s supporting cast was mostly dogshit, Iowa has others who are effective with the ball in their hands. So Wooden’s strategy won’t be easy.

I do think we match up better with them than we would have against SC. We hold Clark under 30, I think we win. If she goes hog-wild, it will be a challenge.
