I would argue it’s social media/phone addiction.
Fast, easy food has been around decades. We’re all so “stressed” and distracted now, those options are more desirable than cooking a healthy dinner or exercising.

I am not exaggerating with my thread title. I think poisoning the body leads to a poisoned brain. To put it in terms this board might appreciate more: I think it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY that the median "non-binary" young female has anywhere close to a healthful diet. Rather, I'm somewhat confident it's more likely to be extra high in all the nasty shite I've railed against. Things like depression flow directly from this slow-motion poisoning.
