Hopefully the single mom with two kids will have good teachers for her kids next year.

Yes. Based on this week Livingston does appear to have some teachers that do need to be doing something else, but these particular ones are likely incapable of getting offers to go elsewhere.
Hopefully they and Superintendent Joe get dismissed by end of school year.
