Disagree even back in the first season before his breakdown Vaulter was his baby he over paid for and then rather than cut bait he wanted to hang on. He’s also been the only one saying from the beginning that waystar needed to modernize and embrace technology because it’s current model is dead. Now everyone agrees that’s the right idea and they’re getting bought by a “smaller” company that does just that.
He also had Logan outmaneuvered on the cruise ship thing, but couldn’t convince Tom, Frank, or any else meaningful to join him.
He does and it’s extremely annoying and a big part of why he’s so unlikable. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t had plenty of good ideas.
