Oh you mean like Ubisoft and Xdefiant ? 
They have IPs that they could use to compete if they actually dedicated resources to them. But they’ve all played like shite in the past.

None of those are arcade shooters, though. “But this was never about CoD. It was about mobile gaming and an App Store where we’re gonna ask our competitors to host it for us. And if they don’t let us, we’re gonna lobby Congress to force them like they did in the EU.”
