re: What are the worst buzzword, cliches used by business professionals that need to stop?

I once created a BS acronym VOC (value over cost) or some such, I don’t exactly recall. Why? Place was chock full of wannabe CEOs, people who made me nauseous from their “corporate ness” when I was around them. Sure enough, the VOC would show up in their corporate vocabulary. Did not quite get to trending level (probably because I did not look, sound or act like anything they would relate to). But it got enough traction to reinforce my nausea.

I always wonder how these office jargon NPCs communicate in their personal lives and if they use the same cringey lingo.

ETA. My jargon nemesis atm is 'core values'. HOW DOES THIS DECISION ANCHOR TO OUR CORE VALUES'. Followed by a bunch of fluffy soft bs circle jerk and me surfing TD the rest of the meeting.
