My homeowners in creases recently in Mandeville. I have made zero claims.

2021-3,000

2022-4700-56% increase

2023 -7,500-59% increase

So a 150% increase over two years

On $450k limit with no claims??

I have a $950k limit on my house in FL and am 1.5 miles from the water. $4200 premium.
