I have Farm Bureau for a 38hp John Deere with 3 implements
$136 a year for 30k coverage.
I tried them but they said I'd have to switch my homeowner's to them too, which I don't want to do.

Have you called your homeowners insurance company?
Service vehicles are automatically covered on most policies.
In Georgia, most policies do not have specific caps on those vehicles.
It is part of your personal property and subject to your deductible.
If you do anything commercial with the tractor (use it for commercial farming or use it at your neighbors for a case of beer), that would void the coverage on your homeowners policy, typically.

I have 2 camps with them, i guess that is why it was not a problem

quote:I have my UTVs with Progressive. At the time everything I had insured was with Progressive but the agent that I had, did not write that kind of policy. So, she referred me to another Progressive agency that did write such policies. Been with them for probably 15 years. But, I think you have to find the certain kind of independent that writes for Progressive. Good luck!
