re: How long is commute to your work?

Highly recommend not doing this especially if you have small kids. My wife and I both took new jobs last year commuting into Memphis. The distance is only 25-30 miles but the drive always takes 1 hr. minimum each way. It has made life stressful, we have to take turns leaving work early because we've officially become the "late parents" to every single thing. The quite time listening to podcasts was nice at first but quickly got old. We're both taking new jobs to get back closer. Not always about the money as we've learned.
