Madison, MS did this I believe. Essentially you have to ban multi family housing and rentals.

I thought there was one legislation under Obama that required these type of developments.

Madison Mayor is a rock star

It's ALL about $$ with the LP folks and it's infuriating what is becoming of DS. It's just the beginning.

Then the developer will file suit citing racism, a Clinton/Obama judge like Berrigan will rule with them, and any government funding you get from any source will be in jeopardy

From what I heard mixed income development comes with your local Walmart
