I remember when it was a perfectly drinkable, if unremarkable, wine. Then they got bought out. Had a glass in the last few months and it was so sweet that I couldn't finish the glass. fricking awful what they did to that wine.

I bought two of those last August from Wayfair. So far so good. I did buy the protection plans because the factory warranty is pitiful and these lower-end wine fridges tend not to hold up very long. I too was paying for off site and they kept raising prices so I figured it was a 3-4 year payout to bring it “in house”. Capacity is a bit overstated especially if you have a lot of non standard bottles. I’m not talking magnums just those obnoxious extra wide/heavy bottles some producers use as a marketing ploy IMO.

If you plan on holding bottles, the Eurocave (or similar) is the way to go. If you drink your wines within 6 months of acquisition, go cheaper.

I'm considering similar. Recently we purchased a koolatron wine fridge off Amazon. Terrible name but great wine fridge. Very quiet.

Follow the 30 minute rule…take whites out 30 minutes before you drink

Has to be one of the dumbest things I;ve heard in a while. White wines are made to drink cold, not almost warmed up.

I have tons of space in my garage, but not in the house. So I have a used fridge that I have about 80 bottles in, set at 55f. After the wine expo this past weekend, I need another fridge.
