Majority of shop vacs are made by one company (ridgid’s parent company) They sell the product to all the other tool companies.

My friend works for Fossil in Dallas and said it’s the same parts and quality and they distribute these brands, just interchange the logos and price
Burberry, DKNY, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Columbia Sportswear, Diesel, Frank Gehry, Karl Lagerfeld, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Callaway Golf, Davis Cup, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Skagen Designs, Michele, and Adidas.
