Really liked the new rules. I'd say my favorite is the sending in the signals to the pitcher/catcher followed closely by the batters being timed. The combination of those two rules alone makes the game much easier to watch for the fan. Batters fiddling with their batting gloves after every pitch was very annoying to me. If you look at old films from 50's and 60's, the players didnt wear batting gloves and didn't mess around between pitches. When I played in HS in the early 70's we hardly ever stepped out of the batters box if there was no one on base. It was like hitting against a pitching machine. Players will adjust and so will the fans.

For the mound visit just take the trainer out with you every time…problem solved
