I couldn't imagine paying $100/mo indefinitely to store Christmas decorations. I'd buy a shed if I had to before renting a storage unit.

We have a lot more than you realize. Some of it is over seven feet tall and made of solid wood. Going up and down three flights a dozen times is for the birds.
