Blowing up the pipeline could have been done by anybody. Now if it was done without a surface vessel being spotted then that narrows it down to military, but any military with a sub and divers could have done it.

I promise you some of the information in his "scoop" is just wrong. That doesn't mean we didn't do it but he's listening to rumors from people who are guessing.
