I have lived off of E Plains Port Hudson closer to 61 than 964 for several years, and it’s not bad, but certainly not where I want to retire. Crime has picked up in the area, including a boat being stolen within a couple of miles of my location.

While the area hasn’t seen the same increase that Zachary has, I think it’ll keep creeping north until the Feliciana line for a bit.

30ish years to go for me to retire, and it sure as hell won’t be in Port Hudson.
