Po-Boy Express is solid, try their Shrimp Philly. Expensive for what you get though IMO.

The Shrimp Philly at Our Mom's is pretty good. I also like the grilled shrimp po-boy from Sammy's on Highland. I haven't been to Po-Boy Express in a while but they used to have some good po-boy sammiches.

Chimes BBQ Shrimp Poboy. They also used to have a blackened alligator special that was solid.
Haven't found a basic fried shrimp or oyster that stands out from the rest. George's is usually our go-to.
Almost forgot about Elsie's Arlington Special Poboy.
