Hopefully this pissant is scrutinized as closely by internet drama queens as he's trying to blame all ancillary characters, if something ever occurs in his family.

These ficks delight in rumors and the defamation of non Important actors..

Hopefully his Karma comes too...

if the phone thing is true, then it pokes a lot of holes in the defense's story about her wanting to get out to get an uber

it also explains why she didn't have an address. I have always doubted that she knew anyone that lived out in pelican lakes, it seems like if you are a student living off of Burbank it is no further than Ben Hur.

victims might have felt shame and this was the final straw

Again, the victim we know about reported the rape 2 years ago:

quote:

When she reported the rape in March 2021, the victim told police she and several other juveniles had been swimming at an apartment complex when she and a female friend went back to the victim's apartment. They were then joined by Washington and another male friend, the document says.

quote:

The arrest document says investigators revisited the 2020 accusation this week after Washington was arrested in the Brooks case. The new affidavit says Livingston Parish law enforcement spoke to a female juvenile who was in the apartment after the swimming party.

LINK

It doesn’t paint a very good picture of the cops (not sure whether it’s Walker PD or LPSO) if they didn’t interview the other female who was in the apartment at the time of the alleged rape for 2 years. Another article said that the witness “came forward” after the Madi Brooks stuff but it begs the question of why they didn’t seek her out in the first place.

So is a taxi driver responsible for where you walk after they drop you off where you asked them to drop you off? I took an Uber the other day in New Orleans, and was drunk. Would that driver be responsible for my death if i got hit by a car in the middle of canal street?

No, of course not. But my point is what you said in the second paragraph - these animals were not gentlemen and we actually don’t know what happened with the whole argument thing about being dropped off

We don’t know where she was dropped off or why. They aren’t directly responsible for her death, but the way the first kid came forward and talked sure seems like he thought they might be.

I haven’t victim blamed either the Uber driver or Miss Brooks but talking about what the defense may do equates to defending rapists in this thread.

Man, why y’all giving our Junior Investigator a hard time?

Internet sleuths have tried to ruin lives in several high profile cases just to be drama queens.

Dragging people thru the mud who have no evidence pointing them to the crime.

Shitty people.

Carver's interview was about the dumbest thing he could have done Did he not have a lawyer present for that interview He shouldn't have said anything

What I’m wondering is how good of friends were the three high school age boys? Like pardon the pun, were Carver, Washington, and the juvenile ride or die?

Because speaking so candidly like that, they might not have been. However, it probably wasn’t the first time they had ever hung out either

I agree. Washington is done. I don’t have full faith in the prosecution to bury the other pieces of shite unfortunately. I feel like the other three are going to get off lightly based on shitty jury composition in the parish and the hackjob defense being able to get a few “stick it to the man” type of jurors.

At this point, the best bet for the defense is to pin all wrongdoing on the guy that is already fricked for life and try to get deals for the other 3 shitwads.

Hard disagree, I graduated from LSU in the last year and had plenty of friends in school who lived in pelican lakes and hunters trace right there

Our babysitters rent in there separately. They make it sound like it's a lot of students, but I don't know the makeup of the whole neighborhood. As an older LSU alum, I lived 3 years of my LSU time further than ben hur.

You are one of the most emotional people here. It’s not a shock you think I would defend these guy after I’ve said 100 times that their own words implicate them and they can’t get around it. Their perception of her drunkenness will do them in. That doesn’t mean we can’t look for an accurate account of what took place and put that together using multiple sources which include the affidavit and videos. It’s all about choosing who you rely upon for that information. For example, I choose to believe Nak when he says he saw them try to bring her 3 different places. It’s not really a subjective observation. For example, other people are believing an anonymous poster who says her phone was left. Theres no proof of that yet but people are going to believe it because it seems credible. But you have to trust who he says he is to some degree. Same for the poster who said her sorority sister and childhood friend was the one serving her at the bar. Lots of people will believe that and share it as true.

The new info that Kiran posted is no bond for Washington

An accurate picture?

A woman made some decisions that led to these men feeling guilty enough about her death, that they stepped forward. Is that clear enough?
