my older two kids were taught cursive enough to sign names in 3rd grade(they are 4th & 6th now) but other than a signature its a waste of time to teach them that. rather them focus on way more important things than learning a skill that is outdated and not even used anymroe.
im 40 and other than signing my name i havent used cursive writing in 20 years. and hell 90% of the time when i am signing something its using an electronic signature now.
you are way way overthinking this
