I was at LSU during his time. That dude experienced more hate and vitriol than anyone should have to endure. To his credit he came back and had a pretty solid senior season.

Nuss reminds me more of Jaimie than does J Lee.

Both have great arms, tremendous talent, but both make stupid decisions throwing the football..

got hurt somewhere around mid season and Herb Tyler took over.

to the fanbase's credit, Jamie did get a pretty decent cheer from the crowd on Senior Day that year.

Yup. And the Braves came back a couple of times offering him additional money to quit football and focus on baseball. Even after all of that hate and vitriol and additional cash, the Braves couldn't get him to quit football. He deserves a lot of credit for that.
