Not sure a good ol’ fashioned bullshite counts as “profanity,” or if muttering is considered “flying,” nonetheles ….

FoxNews

quote:

Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., muttered "this is bulls---" under her breath during a House GOP Conference meeting Tuesday regarding House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's bid for speakership.

Has the anti-McCarthy contingent put forward a candidate yet?

Its a totally pointless clown show if they don't actually put up an alternative candidate.

Eyepatch McCain had a conniption on Fox News this morning.

Called Republicans opposing McCarthy nobodies, they don’t matter, petty, children, and said who the hell are they to make demands?

It was very enjoyable.

I really hope it gets to the level of Uganda...

If it does is there a mechanism for disbanding Congress? Asking for a friend...

I’d prefer someone worth a damn stepping up to mount a big challenge but in the absence of such I’m fine with McCarthy being weakened, embarrassed, drug through the mud, forced to make concessions, etc.

It's gonna eventually be McCarthy but I totally enjoy the GOP burning their own house down. Because frick them. Just the first step in a neutered, all talk, do-nothing House.

I know right?

FTR … research shows physical violence [in government] is mainly determined by the levels of electoral democracy.

Makes you think.

McCarthy doesn't care about the country or "his" party. He is all about McCarthy and the establishment.

I don't trust a word he say or deal he makes.

Is Boebert supporting McCarthy now? She isn't mentioned in the 5 opposing him.

Doesn't matter.

Ominous bill basically paralyzed the house from doing anything meaningful for a year
