I am with you Baw. I am up from 175 to 185 as of this morning and a lot of that is due to booze. Back to zero sugar and carbs.

not me, but good luck to you. I have cut back. My "work on me" plan is to keep taking online college classes. It keeps me busy and focused. And I know there's a better life for me at the other end.

On 12/16, I hit my 2 year sober anniversary. Best decision I've ever made. Hop on the wagon. There's always room for more.

Yeah, I had quit for 4 months, was lifting and hour of cardio daily. Then this time of year hits and I go into a funk. Started drinking again, quit working out and my sleep went to shite.

I thought if you weren’t drinking you were “on the wagon”. When you start drinking again is when you are “off the wagon.”

Meh, I am going to cut down a LOT in January and hopefully for longer, but not going to not have a drink or a beer every once in a while.
