Is he from the Midwest? Sounds like something we heard alot living in Illinois. We called people there toppers. They had to top anything you had or mentioned.

I did pay money for a dealer-option subwoofer once. Base model Subaru stereos used to be damned near useless. Should've called it the "no-bass model."
