Wife: "shouldn’t be too bad, no way you’re up till early morning hours like the last few years". 4 hours later, mini mart complete. Think I have one more possibly two of this. My non believer 10 yr old couldn’t sleep so he helped. That’s the best part of this Christmas so far

Tank, helicopter, train, boat, car.

Nerf gun was the easiest.

Going to miss these days.

I assembled one in the rain at midnight many years ago. It was my one Santa nightmare.

Didn’t have to assemble anything for my two year old, but I’ve been up since 4:00 AM pumped up for her to wake up and see her reaction.

Any of y’all who assembled a trampoline overnight in the cold deserve an extra drink today.

Of all things, that sound miserable.

Mine are 10 and 7 and didn’t have to put together anything for the first time. I took a minute to think of those who did last night. I hate racing that clock at 4am trying to finish assembling.

Merry Christmas baws

I feel bad for all the Christmas Eve assemblers but I have a Marcy smith cage to put together today… should be a solid 3 hours of fun, cursing and life lessons for the eldest son

Assembled a trampoline with a broken rib one year. Had to call a friend over to help. Pain was intense.

Nothing worse than opening a big box and having a huge bag of screws fall out and a huge instruction sheet in there with them. You know half your day is shot.

Pro tip, have the kids go somewhere in Christmas Eve day and work on that shite. My parents now take them for a sleepover on the 23rd, I know that’s not possible for everyone. But hot damn it’s so nice. Santa did a Trampoline yesterday morning and hid it on the side yard. Went to dinner out yesterday at my sisters and kids never had a chance to look around. So frickin nice

I'd rather be outside putting a trampoline together than putting this freaking amazon kitchen playset with a million pieces
