What does JD do under pressure? Take the sack, hold onto the ball? Try to scramble back to the LoS?

He definitely doesn’t do much in the first halves of games.

Daniels was sacked 43 times. 7 times
against Arky. If their QB played in that game I wonder how more fans would
feel about him now. Even UNM got him 4 times.

He beats Florida, Ole Miss, and Alabama in a row.

I think they'll get a fair shot, but yes, this will probably end with Nuss in Fort Worth. It would be funny if he links up with Bech for about 2k yards over the next couple of seasons.
I bet a lot of people on the rant want this just so they can say I told you so

Daniels is an absolutely gamer and I admire his heart. He’s also tough. All great qualities.

Burrow never frustrated me his Junior
season. In fact I thought he did well at the end of the season.

The big difference between Burrow's Jr and Sr season was the talent. When Chase, Jefferson, Marshall and Moss became starters, there was a big jump in talent/production.
None has heard from his Jr receivers since they left LSU.
Daniels receivers production actually declined from their previous year, when he lined up behind center.

If JD5 can throw for 90yds vs ARK and Auburn next season, he would improve!

Looks like Jayden Daniels isn’t NFL material after all.
He had about 3 descent games this year and the offense only moved when he ran for first downs.
He’s not coming back to be a backup, there will be no competition. This years offense was dogshit and so will next years.

Miles offense 2.0. Will BK pull the trigger if JD5 falters? We may have the opportunity to see.

I never wish for a player to get injured, but if JD5 does get injured and only plays a few games, he could get a medical redshirt. Then he would be eligible to start in 2024.

He’ll pull the trigger when we are no longer alive to when the division.
The backup next year will be more inexperienced than Nuss and will be just getting reps for 2024.

He needs to work on that passing every single day until kickoff. If he can become a great passer he will be the most dangerous qb in the country.
